The diocese’s annual in-service for Parish Pastoral Councils will take place as follows (8 – 10 pm):

Tuesday April 29th - Abbey Community School, Boyle
Wednesday April 30th - Glesson’s Townhouse, Roscommon
Thursday May 1st - Our Lady of Mercy Primary School, Pearse Road, Sligo

All members of all Parish Pastoral Councils are encouraged to attend.

This year’s presenters will be Fr Pat McHugh and Sr Mary Kenny of The Western Theological Institute (Galway). Pat and Mary have years of experience of encouraging and supporting Parish Pastoral Councils in other diocese.

During this session they will focus on the role of the Parish Pastoral Council in leading people to God … mindful that the Church exists to bring people to God.

The session will conclude with an open forum
