Bishop Kevin’s message for exam students

It’s exam time again. I want to take this opportunity to send my best wishes to all the young people of our Diocese who will head into the exam-halls for the first time tomorrow. As you begin the Junior Cert or the Leaving Cert, I want to assure you that you will be in my prayers. My prayer is that the Holy Spirit will free you from useless anxiety and help you to bring out the fruits of all the work you have done over the years. As I said to a group of young people climbing Croagh Patrick a few weeks ago, “from here, it looks impossible, but it’s been done before and it will be done again”. The same applies to the Junior Cert and the Leaving Cert. Wishing you every blessing in the coming weeks.
